Specialists in Employment and Social Security law

AFirm of social law experts

The business law firm created by Murielle Asser is specialised in Employment and Social Security law..

Our lawyers deal with both consulting and litigation for French clients requiring assistance in various areas of social law, and for “anglo-saxon” or international clients seeking assistance with managing the social law aspects of their French establishments.

The Firm’s values

Our Firm is built on a human scale and has its own culture. Our lawyers work closely with and listen to the needs of each client, with the intention of presenting solutions which are both innovative and appropriate in each case.

We endeavour to ensure that our offer includes:

  • Confidentiality and discretion

  • Transparency, in the management of client matters and the corresponding fee notes.
  • Technical expertise and pragmatism: We are conscientious and vigilant in our work and seek to provide pragmatic answers to questions raised by our clients, who often need tangible solutions.
  • Availability and responsiveness: We keep our clients fully informed of the progress of our work and of proceedings under way.

Our lawyers speak English, Italian and Spanish.

Our fees are set in line with ethical rules and take account of time spent. An hourly rate is applied, or a previously agreed lump sum, together with additional fees depending on the outcome (in this case, a lump sum minimum is agreed, at the beginning, as success fees only are prohibited in France.)

Decreasing hourly rates may be offered to institutional clients, depending on the time spent each month for the client, or the volume of work entrusted to us.
