Before creating her own Firm, Murielle Asser had 14 years’ experience as an associate with leading law firms: Orrick Rambaud Martel, BCTG & Associés, Bird & Bird Paris and Jeantet.
She also had a number of internships abroad with major law firms in Spain and the United Kingdom, which included Uria & Menendez in Madrid, Spain, Salans Hertzfeld Heilbronn HRK in London, England, and Brodies LLP in Scotland.
Murielle Asser has written several articles for specialist reviews (Jurisprudence Sociale Lamy, Revue Bleue (FNAIM) etc.) and is a regular participant in social law conferences.
She is involved in training programmes and has more particularly taught at the Paris Ecole des Mines, and assists with the setting up and leading of digital law workshops.
She is a member of AVOSIAL (Association for social law lawyers).

Our fees are set in line with ethical rules and take account of time spent. An hourly rate is applied, or a previously agreed lump sum, together with additional fees depending on the outcome (in this case, a lump sum minimum is agreed, at the beginning, as success fees only are prohibited in France.)
Decreasing hourly rates may be offered to institutional clients, depending on the time spent each month for the client, or the volume of work entrusted to us.
