Before creating her own Firm, Murielle ASSER had 14 years’ experience as an associate with leading law firms: Orrick Rambaud Martel, BCTG & Associés, Bird & Bird Paris and Jeantet.
She also had a number of internships abroad with major law firms in Spain and the United Kingdom, which included Uria & Menendez in Madrid, Spain, Salans Hertzfeld Heilbronn HRK in London, England, and Brodies LLP in Scotland.
Murielle ASSER has written several articles for specialist reviews (Jurisprudence Sociale Lamy, Revue Bleue (FNAIM) etc.) and is a regular participant in social law conferences.
She is involved in training programmes and has more particularly taught at the Paris Ecole des Mines, and assists with the setting up and leading of digital law workshops.
She is a member of AVOSIAL (Association for social law lawyers).

Laura TELLOT holds a master’s degree in business law and private international law especially in common law and civil traditions.
She joined the law firm Asser Lawyers in 2018, after an experience in the legal departments of two international insurance companies and then in the social department of a Parisian business law firm.
She advises and litigates in all aspects of employment law.

Cyril Tchanon holds a Master 2 in employment law and employee/employer relationships and a PhD in private law. He presented his PhD thesis, led by Professor Patrick Morvan, and relating to continuing vocational training in employment law, in 2017 at the Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas university.
He joined the firm Asser avocats in 2019.
Prior to this, he was a legal specialist in employment law for three years at a law firm specialized in litigation, and then an associate for two years at law firms specialized in advice.
Cyril writes articles in specialized reviews (Les Cahiers sociaux du Barreau de Paris). He is also a lecturer at the Sorbonne Paris Cité university and at the engineer school of the CNAM, and regularly acts as examiner of the Sciences po Paris entrance exam for partner high schools.
He is a member of the Initia droit organization.
Administrative and accounting department
Marie-Noëlle holds a higher vocational training certificate (BTS) as an office manager, obtained from the Ecole Nationale de Commerce (ENC Paris), and joined the law firm Asser avocats in 2019 as Office Manager.
After 20 years working as paralegal and assistant in a law firm specialized in criminal, commercial and employment law, Marie-Noëlle has also developed a specific expertise in human resources, and administrative and accounting management.
